Gig in the Park 6th - 8th August 2010

On the first weekend in August every year Gig in the Park is held in Halesworth Town Park.

Now in its thirteenth year, it is run completely by local volunteers and is a non profit making community event. Enjoyed by all the family, you can often see four generations of the same family in the park together.

All profit from the Gig is put back into the community. In the last five years alone it has put nearly £25,000 into both training schemes and local good causes.

Recently giginthepark has become involved with the Halesworth Christmas Lights committee and have helped make the switch-on an event the town could be proud of.
