Poetry at The Cut: Michael Laskey & John Lynch

on Thursday, 10th November 2022
Venue: The Cut Arts Centre, Halesworth IP19 8BY link
Two Suffolk-based poets launch fine new books. Michael Laskey reads from his fifth collection, Between Ourselves. His trademark poems – immaculately crafted, warm and eloquent – are at once a contemplation of the past and a love letter to the future. John Lynch reads from his first full collection, These Days. His deft perceptive poems illuminate the shifting sands of family relationships – how to be a father to grown-up children and a son to elderly parents.
